me and my parasite
Nov. 1st, 2006 05:02 pmI loved Terrance Dicks' novelisation of Dr Who and the Mutants as a kid. Then when I finally got around to seeing the actual episodes (featuring the excellent Geoffrey Palmer), I liked them too. So to celebrate (for no reason at all) courtesy of the wonderful Shelley Jackson:
What kind of mutant are you?
I am the kind that has a craniopagus parasite, apparently, making me a distant relation of the Two-Headed Boy of Bengal, born in 1783. Seems fitting for a Gemini.
(Apologies to anyone out there who might actually have a craniopagus parasite. No offence intended.)

Hmm, should try this again when I'm not coming off teaching the concept of long vowels for hours :o

I sense a conspiracy
Date: 2006-11-01 10:04 am (UTC)Me too. Ok - I'm a gemini as well but so far everyone (bar one) is the same thing. Dr Who is about diversity (and quarries).
Besides Nicky would say I am two tummied (something to do with how much chocolate a person can safely consume in a day) - not two headed.
BTW - the Mutants is good. I am currently enjoying the reconstructions of the missing Hartnells and Troughtons. Such a shame the proper version no longer exist.
Have fun,
Damon
