Spotted in the 30 April 2008 issue of New Scientist:

Imre (Friedman) (p45) + (Brian) Bergamaschi (p34)

Coincidence? I don't think so.

Amazing, Sean! I wonder if you've seen those names before and the unconscious grabbed them FFR?

It's quite possible. "Imre" I chose from a long list of names with interesting meanings I've collected down the years. "Bergamasc" I had on a similar list, but only because it had an interesting rhythm to it. I can't remember where I first came across either name. Maybe I read them in NS and jotted them down to consider using one day. When the one day finally came, I'd forgotten where they originated. Perhaps the is universe reminding me to credit my sources, alongside Gary Numan, Robert Maturin, Henry Lawson, etc etc. :-)

PS. What's "FFR"? I love a good acronym.
