You are such a boaster! Lucy you have stuff to last ABOUT. I came on board to see what you are up to/... Interesting stuff, dude. Great to see so many new book covers.
Did you do the interview for Matilda website? I am reading other people's responses and they are so much more sensible... shucks.
this movie reminds me of that great shot you used to have in your bathroom of you about the same age. Blonde and nosy. You're in good company... I'm too scared to ask if you shaved the mo off. I laughed at someone the other day with a mo, only to discover he hadn't grown it for movember at all. I can still run.
And not as scary as the footage of my dad crashing his pal's E-type the other day - http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=6Hiwu25ExpE . And to think the (very kind) guy who owns the car is going to operate on me in February.... I will quote you and say 'eek!'
Today Opie, my little silent as the night cockatiel jumped onto the dog's head and got away with it. Truly I have found the perfect dog to live with thirty two birds...
Come over for sandwiches soon. I bet you loved the rain today, wasn't it odd? but excellent. I've been writing like a loon lately. so happy.
Take care, kb - with new specs!
oh, p.s I've been learning poetry, every night we read a new poem and I'm a big Thomas hardy Fan, I've been memorising 'The Darkling Thrush' to try to retrain my brain cells it's good for me, especially for my ever increasing fear of being kidnapped without books or music... Oh the torment...
Oh that's funny i was moved to comment this morning on snow episode and in the meantime kb has free formed - cute pic lad but why pick on europe re snow? What about Canada and New York and Japan and Jindabyne? And if it's a literary beef about form why don't you create a haiku about this adorable moment - where are you?
Anyway to test my point just picked up book of poems by uneuropean Wallace Stevens and found within seconds "The Snow Man" ..."One must have a mind of winter To regard the frost and the boughs of the pine trees crusted with snow...." which interestingly enough you didn't until now!!
It's meeee catheee- but I am confused by the from buttons - I didn't particularly mean to be mysterious...
