I mentioned a couple of weeks back that I have a new kids' series due from Omnibus/Scholastic next year. The dates are now confirmed: each of the four books will come out a month apart, starting in May and finishing in August. More importantly, the books now have titles.
The series is called THE FIXERS and the individual books will be:
ETA Thanks, everyone, for your feedback. I am very pleased!

I think so, yes :)
Want to see cover art! Covers are MOST important to my little ratbags!

Date: 2009-03-26 02:11 am (UTC)Suggestions for the rest of the series:
5. The Menacing Phantom
6. Attack of the Mummy
7. Revenge of the Werewolf
8. A New Pope.
9. The Crawling Hand Strikes Back
10. Return of the Golem.
I must confess, I'm not absolutely sure I have the best title for #8.

It sounds like something that could be a huge series!
Cheers

No, seriously - as a School Librarian/Teacher trying to get students to form an addiction to fiction - I think any titles with words like 'invasion' 'vampires' 'cyborg' and 'zombies' will entice even the most hesitant readers. The fact that they are 10,000 words long each also means that they will get classified as 'Quick Reads' for our readers 13+ so will be suitable for high school too - and for school librarians like myself! : )
I'll be buying the series for our school. : )
